For our Bedano office, we are looking for an internal sales employee to join our sales team.
Your main responsibilities
- Provide customer advice by phone and email
- Prepare offers for heating system installers, in collaboration with the external sales service
- Enter and manage sales orders
- Coordinate deliveries, returns, and logistics activities in collaboration with Customer Service
- Handle complaints, transport issues, and warranty cases
- Perform sales-related administrative activities (sending technical documentation, updating customer database, issuing credit notes, etc.)
- Participate in company events with customers
Your profile
- Basic training in the heating and sanitary sector
- Several years of experience in the heating sector, in sales, customer service, or technical office
- Good knowledge of the regional and Swiss market
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Precision, organization, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the German language is a plus
