Assistant POS Management & Store Construction (m/f/d)

Your new tasks

Independent handling of orders including quotation management, deadline monitoring, and shipment tracking
Coordination and shipping of POS materials to our branches
Ensuring timely and complete delivery
Communication of relevant information to the branches via Microsoft Teams and email
Management and organization of POS and visual merchandising items
Support and organization of the decoration warehouse in Suhr
Participation in projects in the area of POS and store construction
Regular exchange with internal departments such as purchasing, marketing, and logistics
Budget control within the area of responsibility
Support with Polydesign 3D work as well as planning and ordering of visual merchandising items
Coordination and alignment with external partners and suppliers
