Assistant POS Management & Store Construction (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- Independent handling of orders including quotation management, deadline monitoring, and shipment tracking
- Coordination and shipping of POS materials to our branches
- Ensuring timely and complete delivery
- Communication of relevant information to the branches via Microsoft Teams and email
- Management and organization of POS and visual merchandising items
- Support and organization of the decoration warehouse in Suhr
- Participation in projects in the area of POS and store construction
- Regular exchange with internal departments such as purchasing, marketing, and logistics
- Budget control within the area of responsibility
- Support with Polydesign 3D work as well as planning and ordering of visual merchandising items
- Coordination and alignment with external partners and suppliers
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Polydesigner 3D
- Strong spatial awareness and interest in design and furnishing
- Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
- Negotiation skills in dealing with third-party partners
- Good user knowledge of common MS Office programs
- Very good German language skills
- Knowledge of CAD programs (e.g., Cadwork)
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
- Professional experience in retail or store construction
- Good French and English skills (spoken and written)
