SALES ASSOCIATE WATCH SERVICE 80%

In this position, your focus is on our customer service and the execution of battery changes as well as other minor service tasks. At the same time, you are part of our sales team and actively support sales.

The position offers fixed working days on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Job description

Your tasks:

• Performing battery changes as well as minor service tasks and adjustments of watch straps
• Ensuring a warm welcome and courteous, professional customer service
• Active advice and sale of our products in the store (Swatch and Flik Flak)
• Responsibility for correct operation and accounting at the cash register
• Ensuring a neat and inviting appearance of the store

Profile

• Completed training in retail or a comparable qualification
• Manual dexterity, careful working method, and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Experience in sales and/or customer service, ideally in watches, jewellery, or lifestyle products
• Availability for the fixed working days Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Professional requirements

We are looking for a committed and service-oriented Sales Associate who enjoys direct customer contact as well as precise service work and feels comfortable in a dynamic, international working environment.
As a Sales Associate, you are part of our international team and an important point of contact for our customers. With professional service, your enthusiasm for our products, and strong customer orientation, you contribute to a positive customer experience. Besides service, you actively support the team in sales and represent the Swatch brand with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

Languages

Very good German and English skills, French and other languages are a plus
