To strengthen our «MEP East Electrical» department, we are looking for a
Project Manager Electrical (m/f/d 80-100%) for the Zurich office, starting immediately or by arrangement.
In this role, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: collaboration, passion for complex projects, and innovative spirit.
Your tasks:
- Project management: You are responsible for the complete project processing – from the concept phase to the final handover to the client, in projects of various sizes.
- Negotiations: You independently conduct negotiations with authorities, offices, clients, architects, as well as other specialist planners and suppliers.
- Team leadership: You lead, promote, and support a dedicated project team to ensure the highest quality of performance.
- Acquisition and offer preparation: You actively support the acquisition of new projects and the preparation of tailored offers.
- Project management: You take responsibility for internal project management and successfully control the areas of cost, schedule, and quality through your solid experience.
- Cost management: You independently prepare precise cost estimates and budgets to ensure a solid financial basis for each project.
- Tenders: You are responsible for preparing high and low voltage tenders and ensure their timely and successful completion.
- Cost control and construction accounting: You conduct cost control and construction accounting for your managed project areas and always keep an overview of the finances.
- Technical documentation: You create complex technical documents for building automation, telematics, and security systems under professional guidance.
- Schedule coordination: You actively contribute to efficient schedule coordination and workload planning of project staff and optimize their deployment planning.
Your profile:
- You think entrepreneurially, are committed, and work independently and goal-oriented.
- With your confident appearance and convincing communication, you easily motivate all parties involved to achieve common goals.
- You quickly and easily absorb new information.
- You have completed training as an electrical engineer FH or BSc in building electrical engineering, electrical technician HF, federally certified electrical installer, or a comparable qualification.
- You have professional experience in electrical planning or electrical installation.
- You are characterized by good imagination as well as planning and coordination skills.
- You are comfortable using modern IT tools. You have good knowledge and experience in MS Office, Messerli, Plancal Nova, and TinLine.
- You are fluent in German (C1) and have very good English skills (B2). French skills are an advantage.
