To support the management and to ensure a modern, efficient operation, we are looking for an engaged leader for the areas of finance and services, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Head of Finance & Services (100%, m/f/d) Member of the Management

Your main tasks and challenges:

Overall responsibility for finance and accounting (FIBU / BEBU, monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements, budgeting, liquidity planning,
controlling, reporting)
Member of the management; participation in strategic and operational decision-making processes
Responsibility for services & administration (administration, complaint management, telephone, reception), personnel administration and HR services (payroll and social insurance accounting)
Leadership, development and coordination of the service and admin team
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and quality standards

Your skills and experience:

Completed higher commercial or business administration education (UNI/FH/HF), and many years of experience e.g. in fiduciary,
controlling, finance
Several years of experience in finance/accounting, as well as knowledge in administration, HR, preferably in a social or health organization.
Several years of leadership experience and experience in change projects
Strong social, leadership and communication skills, high resilience and structured working style.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
