In this context, we are looking for our Sales Manager to support our development and strengthen the performance of our organization.
Commercial Strategy & Development
- Define and deploy an innovative commercial strategy, aligned with the hotel's objectives
- Identify new markets (corporate, leisure, groups, etc.) and implement targeted actions
- Create sustainable partnerships with travel agencies, companies, event organizers, etc.
- Work closely with other departments (reception, catering, accommodation) to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Ensure the full promotion of the hotel (accommodation and catering) in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- You liaise with Accor's luxury sales teams to monitor the hotel relationship with agencies and identify new development opportunities for the hotel.
- You may be required to travel to your markets to participate in trade shows and events.
- Monitor performance indicators and adjust actions to achieve set objectives
- Monitor industry trends, analyze local competition, and anticipate market developments
- A higher education degree in commerce, marketing, or hospitality
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role (knowledge of the Accor universe and the Geneva market are assets)
- Fluent English, both spoken and written, is essential
- Negotiation skills and an excellent interpersonal sense, you know how to create connections, inspire trust, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- You are autonomous, structured, and results-oriented, while demonstrating a true team spirit.
- Curious and proactive, you enjoy analyzing, anticipating, and proposing new ideas to boost commercial performance.
- Proficiency with PMS and reporting tools (Office Suite, hotel software including OPERA CLOUD, etc.).
