As a Marketing Coordinator, you report to the Marketing Manager and support the growth of our global brand. You work closely with the marketing team, sales teams, product management, and the companies of the PFIFFNER Group.

You can expect a diverse and creative working environment in an established Swiss industrial company. Your tasks include:

• Creation of visual graphics and marketing materials

• Coordination of our worldwide trade fair activities

• Updating and maintaining our website as well as the company’s appearance

• Management of our giveaway portfolio

In addition, you support important new marketing projects such as:

• Building a newsletter journey

• Development of a webinar program

• Refreshing our corporate design and print materials

What you bring

• Education in a creative or marketing-related field

• Very good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Experience with newsletter automation

• Experience in maintaining and updating websites

• Ability to write clear B2B texts for social media, especially for LinkedIn

• Experience in coordinating trade fairs or events

• Very good oral and written English and German skills

• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented working style

• Willingness to think outside the box
