What you can achieve with us

• Customer understanding: You personally look after and advise our customers, keep an eye on agreed appointments and costs and ensure a smooth process. At the same time, you identify further needs and gain new customers
• Organisational talent: You coordinate service orders from the first customer contact to billing. You document all work completely, keep the order documents up to date and ensure that all information is correct
• Warranty expert: You handle relevant cases, clarify cost contributions, organise the return of warranty parts and take care of invoices, corrections and shipping
• Admin expert: You monitor the workshop’s capacity, perform administrative tasks in aftersales and process orders for customers, suppliers and internal departments. In case of discrepancies between planned and actual working hours, you inform the responsible departments
• Quality guarantor: You comply with the requirements of VW Commercial Vehicles and AMAG Retail and take care of manufacturer information, recall and field campaigns as well as warranty-related processes. Careful handling of customer vehicles is also a matter of course for you
• Team player with sales talent: You work closely with the workshop and other departments, support good collaboration and actively contribute to the sale of accessories, spare parts and services. You also use the brand’s service offers purposefully

What you bring with you

• Professional training and commercial expertise: You have completed training in the commercial or automotive technical field as well as experience in the automotive industry and customer relations
• Service professional: You are outgoing, enjoy engaging with people and impress with your advisory skills and persuasiveness on the phone and on site.
• IT savvy: You have an affinity for digital processes, virtual customer communication and the use of AI tools
• Mindset master: You are resilient, handle stress positively and always maintain a positive mindset. Your customer-oriented manner as well as your expertise and enthusiasm for the automotive industry make the perfect mix.
• Driving professional: Valid driving licence category B
