About the job
Your tasks include
- Outpatient psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment and assessments of adults with disorders from the entire psychiatric diagnostic spectrum
- Supporting the department head in triaging new patients
- Conducting conversations with patients, their relatives, private practitioners, and employees of various institutions
- Collaboration in the multidisciplinary team with a social psychiatric focus, professional exchange and cooperation with child and adolescent psychiatry if needed
- Participation in the outpatient group therapy offer if interested, conducting test diagnostics together with the psychological service
- Supervision of employees
- Preparation of various psychiatric expert reports as needed
You bring with you
- Swiss-recognized specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy (MEBEKO recognition)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork
- Good knowledge of somatics and psychopharmacotherapy
- High affinity and interest in psychotherapeutic and social psychiatric issues including the necessary documentation work
- Behavioral therapy, depth psychology or systemic training
- Empathetic approach to patients
- Previous leadership experience is an advantage
