To support the Datacenter Team in the Zurich region, we are now looking for you as our Construction Manager Electrical for Datacenter (m/f/d). Your place of employment will be our headquarters «Connect» in Opfikon. In this role, you will actively supervise our various Datacenter projects on site.

These projects are characterized by high demands on quality, safety, and costs, which Implenia meets thanks to its specialized teams and innovative construction processes. Your responsibilities

• Planning documents and reports: Procurement and review of planning documents, reporting delays or deficiencies.
• Work preparation and construction schedules: Scheduling work preparations and creating construction schedules, managing electrical contractors on site.
• Coordination and control: Coordination of all electrical contractors, ongoing monitoring of construction execution regarding quality, deadlines, environment, and safety.
• Approvals and documentation: Commissioning and control of approvals and technical inspections, requesting documentation upon project completion.
• Preparatory work and permits: Ensuring all necessary permits and preparatory work before construction start, conducting workshop inspections, and accompanying the commissioning of electrical systems.

Why you will succeed

• Education: Formal training in the electrical field.
• Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in executing complex projects, ideally in the data center sector.
• Skills: Strong communication, assertiveness in negotiations, experience with RFIs and submittals.
• Language skills: Fluent in German, English is an advantage.
