To strengthen our team in the Aargau area, we are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and resilient Construction Supervisor Asset Preservation (m/f)

Your main tasks include:

• Management, coordination, and supervision of construction sites from order receipt to site billing

• Active acquisition of contracts within the framework of the defined business strategy.

• Performance and cost control regarding calculation and construction execution to ensure profitability

• Current construction site administration

• Maintaining relationships with clients and their representatives

• Personnel support and leadership

• Decisions within the scope of competence regulations

• Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety

Your profile:

• Training as a construction supervisor or comparable qualification

• Initial leadership experience in the construction industry, ideally in structural maintenance

• Interest in working with technology, confident handling of MS Office

• Committed and independent working style, enjoyment of teamwork

• Willingness for further training and development in the workplace
