In view of its reopening for the winter season, the Chandolin Boutique Hotel, a 4-star establishment, and its restaurant highlighting local and seasonal products, is honored with a 14/20 rating from Gault & Millau, located in the heart of the Chandolin resort in the Val d’Anniviers (Valais) and at the foot of hiking trails, close to nature, is looking to complete its team with a: Sous Chef M/F from December 15, 2025 to April 15, 2026 Your responsibilities: • Ensure the smooth running of breakfast. • Reception and control of goods. • Set up and ensure the setup of stations before service. • Know how to manage and lead a team in the absence of the Chef. • Be versatile and rotate through other kitchen stations. • Master the management of purchases, stocks, and inventories. • Good analytical and cost management skills. • Assist the chef daily. • Master all kitchen stations. • Know how to maintain order and cleanliness of the station at all times of the day. • Master hygiene standards (HACCP). Contract type: Fixed-term contract with the possibility to return for the following season. Opportunity to advance as Chef.
