Responsible for all measures for social integration and securing social needs as well as everyday life management
Conveying local social norms and values
Intervening in emergency and crisis situations, managing conflicts, and supporting in difficult situations
Case management according to client specifications / SKOS guidelines
Guiding and supporting household tasks (cooking, cleaning, minor repairs)
Collaboration and coordination with external agencies such as clients, guardianships, schools, volunteers, emergency services
Organizing and conducting admissions, discharges, and transfers
Supporting the integration of MNA into education and the labor market
Advising on social and legal issues and referring to specialized services
Identifying resources and networks to support MNA
Organizing and conducting group activities and workshops

Requirements

Tertiary education: Bachelor (FH or University) in Social Pedagogy / Social Work or equivalent
2 years of professional experience in asylum and refugee sector desired
Knowledge of SKOS guidelines desired
Good user skills in MS Office applications
Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement, criminal record, or special private extract)
German | spoken: C1 | written: C1
French | spoken: B2 | written: B2
English | spoken: B2 | written: B2
Any additional foreign language is an advantage
Driver's license category B desired
Willingness to work weekend shifts
