As part of the opening in September 2026 of a new preschool childcare facility
with 33 places in Châtel-St-Denis, we are looking for:
An Assistant Director
Activity rate to be defined between 40% and 50%
With an additional educational rate to be defined
This new facility will be integrated into the Les Rives de la Veveyse real estate complex, within
the Gottau district.
Joining this new team means having the opportunity to actively participate in creating its identity and educational project. In close collaboration with the management and the team, you will contribute to building a stimulating educational environment based on shared values and a co-construction dynamic.
Your mission, in collaboration with the management, will be to design and organize quality care in line with the institutional project, while collaborating with families and external networks. You will also participate in the development of the educational project and ensure its implementation.
You have:
- A diploma as a childhood educator or a qualification deemed equivalent by the competent authorities
- Several years of proven experience as a childhood educator
- Training for supervising staff in training (FEE and FPP)
- A recognized sense of autonomy, open-mindedness, and responsibility
- Good adaptability and commitment
- Sharp observation and analytical skills
- Good organizational, planning, anticipation, and decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal and managerial skills
