Your tasks – with energy and impact

You find, inspire, and support qualified skilled workers from the construction industry

You conduct interviews, recognize potential, and make clear decisions

You maintain and develop long-term customer relationships – by phone and directly on site

You coordinate assignments, accompany employees from the first contact to successful integration

With your work, you help people advance professionally – and companies stay strong

Your profile – committed, communicative, down-to-earth

Completed training in construction, technical, or commercial fields

Experience in sales, recruitment, or staffing is an advantage

Strong communication skills, perseverance, and enthusiasm

Independent, responsible working style with a heart for people

Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage, additional languages a plus

Driver's license category B
