We are responsible for national interior construction projects in the areas of institutions, gastronomy, health practices, and shops from design to key handover. We support our clients with extensive expertise and great commitment, offering interior architectural solutions at the highest level. As a nationwide general contractor, we understand project management, with overall management and realization of demanding interior construction projects as our core competence.
You bring the following
Completed vocational training in interior architecture or architecture
Ideally further training as a construction manager, technician HF, or project manager
Several years of professional experience in a similar/same position
Committed and solution-oriented personality
Independent and structured working style
Enjoyment of working in construction
Resilient and communicative personality
Respectful interaction with contractors (team player)
Innovative and economical thinking and acting
Very good MS Office skills
CAD knowledge (Vectorworks)
Very good German skills, good English and/or French skills
Your main tasks
Project management of demanding interior construction projects / tenant improvements
On-site construction management, leading the construction management team
Leading the contractors involved in the construction from the start to the completion of warranty work
Conducting regular construction meetings, documenting
Maintaining construction journals, creating weekly reports for the site
Preparing submissions for all trades, work contracts, scheduling, cost control
Monitoring workflows regarding deadlines, costs, and quality
Contracting with the contractors
Contact with clients and authorities
