Welder (Orbital) for great temporary position
Activities
- Reading drawings according to CAD and isometry
- Welding processes: TIG, MIG & MAG in chrome-nickel steel as well as unalloyed structural steel and aluminum
- Orbital welding
- Sheet metal work such as bending, rolling and cutting (from 1.5mm to 6mm)
- Manufacturing complex constructions from all common profiles and laser parts according to CAD drawing (frames, platforms, railings, special fabrications, prototypes)
- Preparation of the workpieces to be welded
- Straightening of welded constructions
- Various bending works (pipe and sheet metal)
- Grinding and polishing work (final finish)
- Welding of pipelines according to isometry
- Confident handling of tools and operating machines
- Independent working method as well as final inspections
Requirements
- Training as a plant and apparatus builder, welder or metalworker with several years of experience as a welder
- You have proven experience in orbital welding
- Precise working method, you pay attention to quality and safety
- Welding tests according to EN 9606-1/2 (processes: 131, 135, 141, 147)
- German spoken and written mandatory
- You have exceptional manual skills
- You are customer-oriented and flexible
