We accompany and support the people entrusted to us on their life path according to pedagogical principles. Depending on their individual abilities and needs, we provide various forms of housing and fields of work. For our food manufacturing, we are looking for a Baker-Pastry Chef EFZ (80 - 100%) starting October 1, 2025, or by agreement. In collaboration with the team of the food manufacturing and up to eight employees in need of support, you will produce and develop our diverse food range. Our products are sold in our own store and to external customers. You are primarily responsible for the attractiveness and high quality of our "Bakery & Confectionery" division. Main tasks
Production of baked goods and food as well as the further development of our range Inventory management and ordering Practical and pedagogical support for people in need of support Requirements profile
Completed vocational training as a Baker EFZ, Pastry Chef EFZ, or Cook/Chef EFZ with bakery experience You bear the main responsibility for the product manufacturing of our "Bakery & Confectionery" division Social, committed, and independent person Innovative and resilient personality with a professional and empathetic demeanor good PC user skills Work pedagogical training or interest in obtaining it We offer you
