Buyer for Strategic Purchasing

• Analysis of procurement markets and active monitoring of cost drivers
• Supplier development, optimization of the supplier portfolio including selection, qualification, and establishment of strategic partnerships
• Contract, price, and condition negotiations
• Constant optimization of supply chains and delivery processes
• Development and implementation of the material group strategy
• Close cooperation with construction sites and depot / logistics
• Support in the implementation of the ERP system
• Maintenance and ensuring correct master data

• Completed studies in business, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, preferably in an industrial environment
• Analytical skills and negotiation skills
• Experience with modern purchasing tools and ERP systems, MS Dynamics is an advantage
• Can-do attitude and enjoyment of challenges
• Very good German skills spoken and written, English skills are an advantage
• Expertise and/or several years of professional experience in steel, concrete, construction site supplies
