Your opportunities with us
- You are responsible for the personnel, professional, financial, and organizational management of the Medical Clinic including the following specialties: Geriatrics, Palliative Medicine, Oncology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Infectiology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, and Neurology (approx. 40 FTE)
- As a member of the executive board, you actively shape the strategic direction and, together with your executive colleagues, are responsible for achieving the strategic and operational corporate goals
- You are responsible for the further development of your clinic (development and change processes, strategic and conceptual handling of specialist topics) and act as a partner in interprofessional/interdisciplinary issues and projects
- You ensure a high level of service quality in your area of responsibility
- You are committed to interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration, among other things by living it yourself
- You are responsible for medical training (training center category A)
- You take on project responsibility from conception to implementation
- You network with internal and external partners as well as with institutions, referrers, and authorities
You fit with us if
- You have a Swiss specialist title AIM or a specialist title for internal medicine recognized in Switzerland; an additional specialist title is desired, preferably in intensive care medicine
- You can demonstrate broad clinical competence as well as experience in a leadership role
- You have management training in leadership/business administration/organizational development in healthcare
- You have a modern understanding of leadership
- You are a confident, engaging, and integral personality and communicate appropriately to the target group
- You have very good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and the tariff landscape
- You possess the ability for cross-departmental collaboration and consensus building
- You are willing to also take financial responsibility for your clinic, as far as it is within your influence
