Logistics Specialist OR

Your main tasks

• Ensuring material and instrument logistics in the OR
• Supporting a smooth and efficient OR process
• Close cooperation with OR technology and other departments
• Implementing the preparation process for upcoming surgeries
• Operating the Kardex for storing and providing sterile goods containers
• Supplying individual sterile materials
• Responsibility for replenishing the sterile storage in the OR
• Incoming and outgoing control of orders using BC
• Ensuring the flow of goods and information based on goods receipt control
• Relieving the OR technical staff by running errands
• Preparation, provision, and return of OR materials and system carts
• Transfer of carts with sterile and contaminated materials between OR and AEMP

Your profile

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
• Networked thinking
• Experience with ERP systems (BC)
• Resilience and ability to maintain overview and calm even in hectic situations
• Independent and reliable working style
• Willingness to take responsibility
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Team player
