Your tasks
- Central contact person for our customers for our Medication module.
- Leading role in the introduction and further development of the KISIM medication module as well as accompanying the implementation from a product perspective.
- Planning and conducting customer training and workshops for optimal use of the medication module.
- Careful analysis and prioritization of requirements for KISIM medication as well as development of sound specialist concepts and product specifications.
- Close collaboration with software development to coordinate implementation, contribute product requirements, and actively participate in quality assurance.
- Solution-oriented support of our customers in the use of the medication module as well as collecting feedback for product improvement.
- Active contribution to the further development of the KISIM medication module through ideas and market knowledge.
Your profile
- Experience in project management of system implementations and product development, ideally in healthcare.
- Academic degree ideally focused on health or solid training in the medical field.
- Good understanding of workflows and processes in a hospital.
- Familiar with a clinical information system (ideally KISIM).
- Analytical thinking and a structured way of working and ability to keep an overview in complex situations.
- Very good and solution-oriented communication to stimulate lively exchange with customers and interfaces.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with different professional groups.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, good English or French skills are an advantage.
