CEO / Managing Director (m/f/d)
What you will achieve
- In close collaboration with the board, you will further develop the company’s strategy and be responsible for its operational implementation
- You bear overall responsibility for the economic and operational management of the company and ensure sustainable and high-quality care services for customers
- You manage the company’s profitability while focusing on care quality and customer satisfaction and promote their continuous development
- As an empathetic leader with a modern leadership approach, you develop and motivate employees in a partnership-based manner
- You embody a future-oriented, modern corporate culture
- As a bridge builder, you maintain partnerships and work professionally and competently with healthcare service providers
- You represent the interests of RegioSpitex Limmattal and its customers vis-à-vis authorities, offices, and professional associations
What distinguishes you
- Completed training in health, nursing, business administration, or a similar field, supplemented by management training
- Professional and leadership experience in the Swiss healthcare system, preferably in nursing
- Good business knowledge as well as entrepreneurial, networked thinking and acting
- Strategic-conceptual skills combined with a strong implementation orientation
- Excellent communication skills and a convincing presence
- Approachability, trustworthiness, authenticity, and a pronounced service orientation
- Enjoyment of interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration
