focus. The emphasis is on supporting and designing new products – from the idea through the concept and design to production release. You will experience firsthand how fascinating prototypes are created hand in hand as the basis for new product lines and recognize the results of your own work in close collaboration with sales. This is therefore a generalist function with a broad and accordingly attractive range of tasks, as typically offered by a small company, where your constructive and creative qualities come into their own.

What is required is a versatile and practically inclined personality with a technical basic education (e.g., polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, etc.) as well as further training as a mechanical engineer at the Bachelor FH level. Experience in the development/design of prototypes in the areas of hydraulics, pneumatics, toolmaking, or similar is an advantage. It is crucial that you convince with your structured and systematic approach, work in a team-oriented manner, and possess a positive basic attitude with noticeable motivation. You master the German language and are proficient in the use of MS Office and CAD.
