The professional services and various forms of housing are used by up to 330 experienced seniors. At our two locations Kreuzlingen and Bottighofen, we implement contemporary care and support concepts. We are guided by the principles of family-centered care and palliative care. Your Challenge
- Responsibility for the professional and personnel management of the restaurant team with 10 employees
- Responsibility for the TCPOS cash register system
- Creation and monitoring of the budget
- Purchasing goods and periodic inventory
- Participation in the organization and supervision of internal and external events / banquets / projects
- Co-responsible for designing the offerings of the two restaurants
- Co-responsible for the training of apprentices in the guest service department
- Ensuring, implementing, and complying with occupational safety and hygiene regulations
Our Desired Profile
- Host personality who leads the two restaurants in Kreuzlingen (64 seats) and Bottighofen (34 seats) with passion and joy
- Manage both restaurants entrepreneurially and creatively
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through exemplary behavior and hands-on mentality
- Several years of experience in operational management (further education at the advanced technical college level)
- Ability to quickly find your way in various topics, combined with expertise, empathy, and professional assertiveness
- Experienced handling of software applications in gastronomy
- Driver's license category B
