Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the professional handling and realization of assigned projects including coordination of technicians' deployments
- Processing customer orders to achieve time, cost, and quality targets
- Customer support including maintenance and expansion of customer relationships
- Order processing as well as technical consulting in the field of access control systems
- Preparation of offers, maintenance of the tendering system including follow-up and reporting
- Main contact person for customers and partners from inquiry through order placement to project completion
- Construction meetings with customers, planners, authorities, etc., including site supervision and reporting
- Creation and updating of project plans such as execution plans and schematics within process guidelines
- Development of solution proposals in case of endangerment of project goals as well as corrective action packages in cooperation with team management
- Ensuring correct reporting of internal and external service deployments as well as invoicing of projects
- Conclusion of maintenance contracts in cooperation with various contacts
Our Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in access control technology as well as leadership experience
- Commercial training is an advantage
- Solid knowledge in electrical engineering/electronics and the MS Office suite
- Expertise in access control technology, preferably Honeywell products
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, French and English are an advantage
- Valid category B driving license
- Responsible conduct as well as precise and independent work are among your strengths
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as good manners and a professional appearance characterize you
- High assertiveness as well as pronounced communication and negotiation skills
- Furthermore, you convince with your high quality awareness, organizational flair, and team skills
- You always keep calm and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in the central criminal register and debt enforcement register)
