Clerk at the Funeral Office and Secretary of the Citizenship Commission 80%
Your tasks
- Conducting funeral discussions with relatives and empathetic support in difficult situations
- Coordination of funerals with internal and external offices
- Consultation and support of our customers in the area of naturalizations – from the first inquiry to the completion of the process
- Preparation and follow-up as well as minute-taking of the meetings of the Citizenship Commission
- Contact person for members of the Citizenship Commission for legal and organizational questions
- Administrative tasks related to the mentioned duties
Your profile
- Commercial basic training or an equivalent education, ideally with experience in civil status matters
- Independent, reliable, and precise way of working
- Enjoyment of regular customer contact and the ability to empathize with people in different phases of life
- Interest in legal topics
- Foreign language skills, especially English
- Good user knowledge of common MS Office programs as well as experience with other applications (e.g., Abraxas, CMI)
