About the job
In this role, you are directly responsible as a member of the management team for advising and consulting customers on analytical issues as well as key account management in the field of food and feed.
- Independent project management and coordination of order processing for food and feed samples including the preparation of reports with declaration checks and sensory analysis
- Ensuring correct, timely, and efficient sample processing
- Technical review and approval of analysis orders including legal assessment
- Customer management and support
- Representation of food and feed analytics at conferences, congresses, and trade fairs
- Acquisition of new customers and handling customer inquiries
- Completed studies in food chemistry or technology, alternatively studies in nutritional science (ETH, university, university of applied sciences) or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in food or feed analytics or production/quality control would be an advantage
- High motivation for technical issues as well as a high quality standard
- Very good English language skills required, French advantageous
