At the Bächli Care Center, we accompany our residents in a specialized palliative care unit with professional and compassionate care. Our department is awarded the "Quality in Palliative Care" label and stands for holistic, person-centered care in challenging life situations. In the early, late, and night shifts, you will take responsibility together with an interprofessional team for professional care and significantly contribute to the quality of life and dignity of our residents.

• Process responsibility for person-centered care and support of our residents
• Taking over daily management and responsibility for a smooth nursing routine
• Participation in KZU project and specialist groups
• Professional assessment and action in complex, rapidly changing situations
• Interprofessional collaboration, especially with therapy and medical services

• Completed training as a nurse HF/FH or a foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
• Service-oriented and person-centered working style
• Knowledge in Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation, and Basal Stimulation
• Openness to new things and willingness to support an advanced understanding of nursing
• Resilient, team-oriented, and flexible personality

The KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
