Service description:
We offer you the opportunity to continue your professional development by getting involved in new missions and participating in the development of the GHOL Endoscopy Center.
Job description:
Your role will encompass 2 distinct functions depending on your planning:
1. Preparation, setup before the examination, and post-examination care-monitoring of patients
- Participate in welcoming patients and assisting them
- Prepare them for their endoscopy (checklist, vital signs, IV line placement…)
- Conduct close post-interventional monitoring by exercising your analysis and clinical judgment
- Ensure to document and bill the computerized care record of patients appropriately
2. Medical assistance and monitoring of patients during the examination in the endoscopy room
- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Administering sedation on the order and supervision of the physician
- Instrumentation and monitoring during the endoscopy
- Participation in cleaning and reprocessing the endoscope and the environment according to current recommendations and guidelines
Required profile:

The position is open to individuals without experience in the interventional field
Education level:
Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing required (or a title deemed equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross)
