Metalworker as Clerk also Career Changer
Activities
- Order processing from inquiry to billing
- Initial contact and support of our customers
- Clarifications related to orders, stock items, and delivery dates
- Support and organization of the gate and service warehouse
- Willingness to participate in the 24-hour on-call service (about 5–8 weeks per year)
- Participation in the creation and standardization of work templates for service technicians
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally in the construction or
- craft environment
- Good organizational skills and independent working style
- You want to actively help shape the future in a leading company
- You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility
- Confident handling of MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Customer-oriented and proactive personality who enjoys working in a team
- Driver's license category B
