Business Analyst (f/m/d)
Your tasks
- As a Business Analyst in the OMNIS software platform, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business needs and technology solutions throughout the implementation of our software
- You are responsible for the collection and documentation of the requirements and their acceptance criteria
- Thanks to your professional abilities, you will team-up with product owners, UX and stakeholders to prioritize the best possible added value for the customer in the form of features
- Together with product owners and stakeholders, you continuously ensure that the backlog is adequately detailed
- You will be in direct contact with colleagues from development and sales and clarify questions regarding requirements for the scrum teams
- You will moderate and actively participate in specific meetings, such as concept meetings
Your profile
- You have a higher technical or economic education and several years of experience as a business analyst or requirement engineer, preferably in a scaled agile software development organization
- Gathering requirements on different levels is one of your passions
- You are able to easily analyse complex topics, to question at the appropriate level of detail, and to express yourself eloquently both verbally and in writing
- You consider defining use cases together with stakeholders and interdisciplinary communication as your strength
- We expect solid presentation, communication and moderation practices – in both English and German
- You enjoy working with interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment and appreciate the exchange with specialists from chemistry, software and other departments
- Background in chemical or engineering environments is an advantage – and experience in web application projects is a plus
