For 49 years, we have developed leading in-vitro diagnostic products (IVD) trusted by hospitals and private medical laboratories worldwide. We employ over 150 people, 140 of whom are in Schönenbuch.
To strengthen our Technical Services team, we are looking for an experienced leader as:
Your tasks – Strategic. Operational. Customer-oriented.
- Responsibility for Technical Service and team leadership (3 employees)
- Ensuring flawless functioning of devices at the customer and in our labs, including reports
- Coordination of work with sales and application
- Maintaining the "device history" and communication with manufacturers
- Independent management of the spare parts warehouse
- Consulting on technical problems with devices in operation
- Regular attendance of training courses at manufacturers
Your profile – Experienced. Technical. Strong leadership.
- Technical training (electrical or device technician)
- Several years of leadership experience in a technical environment as well as in field service
- Broad technical understanding of complex medical technology
- Strong customer, result and solution orientation as well as communication and social skills
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, CRM), LIS laboratory information system
- Very good German and fluent English and French skills
- Valid driving license category B
- Travel activity approx. 40% (mainly in Switzerland, partly also abroad, EU area)
