You represent the client in the monitoring of major real estate operations. You prepare the necessary files for credit requests and calls for tenders. You are responsible for meeting deadlines, costs, safety, and quality of your projects. You actively participate in the smooth running of the service.Desired profile:Holder of a diploma or a master's degree in EPF, HES, or REG A architecture, you have at least 5 years of experience in managing, planning, and executing complex projects (including mastery of financial project management). You master management software tools (Messerli), drawing tools (Autocad), and project tools (MS Project) and have training or solid knowledge in sustainable development as well as public procurement procedures.
