Your responsibilities
• You lead the Cognition Department at the Solothurn location pedagogically, personnel-wise, and operationally.
• You further develop the Cognition Department and contribute to the implementation of the cantonal service planning. You represent the Solothurn location in working and specialist groups.
• You support the location management in various leadership and project tasks.
• You receive support in your work from the school administration and an experienced and motivated educational team.

Your profile
• You are a personality with a strong will to shape and high presentation skills and ideally have several years of experience in a leadership position.
• You have a completed university degree in the educational or social sciences field, and business management contexts are not unfamiliar to you.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in special education as well as in organizational development are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, high commitment, resilience, flexibility, and the necessary touch of humor complete your profile.
