Your main tasks are
- Ensuring professional care and support for the residents
- Recognising the individual needs of the residents and participating in the care process
- Being the contact person for the residents and their relatives
- Documenting the nursing services provided
- Performing medical-technical tasks according to regulations and on delegation from the HF specialist
- Professional guidance, support and advice for students and apprentices
You have
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Service and customer orientation
- Experience in long-term care and willingness to undertake specific further training
- Solution-oriented and process-related working method
- Resilience and flexibility
