In a small team, you take responsibility for effective communication measures. The focus is on the website, stakeholder communication, presentations, and the accompanying communication of projects such as new buildings and renovations. You are strong in communication, think strategically, and act creatively. You love to place content precisely and make it visible across various channels. With your sensitivity for language and target groups, you help shape the communicative appearance and manage effective content for projects and events.
Your tasks
- You maintain and further develop our website (WordPress) and ensure understandable, user-oriented content.
- You structure, write, edit, and publish for digital and print channels and are responsible for our newsletter and mailings.
- You communicatively accompany major projects (renovations, new buildings, events, strategic initiatives) – from conception to implementation.
- You advise internal departments on marketing and communication topics, develop suitable solutions, and implement them.
- You create presentations for the board, management, and workshops and support internal communication.
- You support internal communication for events, change and project management, as well as other internal channels.
- You lead corporate publishing projects and contribute editorially.
- You coordinate and manage external service providers for the production of photo, video, and graphic material and ensure consistent quality across all communication media.
Your profile
- You have a university degree or further training in marketing & communication.
- You bring 5 – 8 years of experience in communication, marketing & corporate communications.
- You write stylistically confident & error-free German.
- You work independently, structured, and bring conceptual strength.
- You are confident in handling digital tools (CMS, newsletter tool, co-pilot, MS Office, PPT).
- You have several years of experience in project and stakeholder management as well as internal communication.
- You are an initiative personality who enjoys working in a team.
- You are interested in social issues, cooperative values, and meaningful work.
