The Bruggwiesen Retirement and Nursing Center in Effretikon offers a home to around 165 people in the third and fourth phases of life. We accompany and support the residents with respect for their individuality, life experience, and abilities. In this exciting job
- You succeed in providing professional and life-world-oriented care and support to the residents within a person-centered approach and involving the relatives
- You implement the care process, observe and recognize the nursing needs
- You independently perform medical-technical tasks and diagnostic-therapeutic measures in stable care situations
- You accompany medical rounds and receive medical prescriptions, which you carry out in stable care situations
- You ensure a smooth daily routine
- You record services and materials in the assigned area
- You accompany trainees in learning situations
What you bring
- Completed training as a Health Professional EFZ or Care Professional EFZ with treatment care course
- Experience in long-term care
- Resilience, sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment
- Good oral and written German skills
