As Sales Admin and Tender Specialist, you’ll be working in close collaboration with a high-performance sales team covering entire Switzerland, selling the breath portfolio of Agilent analytical equipment. We’re looking for a highly motivated person with lots of energy, a problem-solving attitude, high level of autonomy and someone who likes to work and coordinate tasks with people from different departments with good project management skills. 

Your Key Tasks:

  • Tender Management: process and respond to tenders, submit them correctly and on time in close collaboration with Account Manager and Product Specialists 
  • Sales Team Support: coordinate order booking, compliance checks, delivery coordination and returns with positions concerned 
  • Handle customer complaints and coordinate needed actions 
  • Handling of Demo stock and support of local marketing initiatives 
  • Support to generate reports on sales performance, trends, forecasts and handle general administrative tasks as needed
  • Work closely with other departments (marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure seamless operations
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment
  • You will be reporting directly to the general manager, executive assistance task will take approx. 20% of the time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or related field
  • Previous experience in sales administration or customer service preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (SAP CRM)
  • Fluency in English and German (French is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
