Construction Machinery Mechanic (m/f/d)
Your Job
- Perform mechanical repairs, overhauls and modifications on track construction machines and other rail vehicles
- Overhaul and assembly of mechanical parts, assemblies and modules according to sketches, technical drawings, schematics and compilations
- Independent functional testing of assembled assemblies and modules based on technical drawings and schematics
- Support the electrical department with simple electrical tasks during repairs and overhauls
- Assist with internal commissioning and acceptance of machines
- Provide on-call service and telephone support outside normal working hours
Your Profile
- Apprenticeship as a polymechanic with a qualification in maintenance, agricultural machinery, truck or construction machinery mechanic
- Several years of practical experience in assembly, repair and overhaul work
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Driving licence category B mandatory
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Microsoft skills are an advantage
- Team player and communicative
