Job Description
Your daily tasks & responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cabin installation, modification, and removal activities in compliance with approved data and supervisor directives
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with airworthiness standards, company procedures, and VIP quality expectations
- Monitor and enforce strict compliance with work sign-off procedures, tool control, and documentation requirements
- Manage team workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery in line with demanding schedules
- Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Act as a technical reference within the team, supporting and mentoring junior mechanics
- Ensure full compliance with Part-145 regulations, including inspections, torque application, locking devices, sealing, inserts installation, and EWIS requirements
- Interpret and apply technical documentation such as task cards, engineering drawings, and maintenance manuals
- Ensure proper handling of aeronautical materials and optimal use of tools and equipment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the cabin work environment
The expertise you have & skills you bring
- Mechanic and technical qualification, experience in business VIP Aviation
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in cabin mechanics
- First leading experience would be a advantage
- Good English skills (to read and understand technical documentation); French or German would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Flexibility and solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment
