We are looking for immediately or by arrangement a

Team Leader for the Operation Technology department

The Merian Iselin Clinic is a state-of-the-art private clinic with a public service mandate in Basel. Our focus areas are orthopedics, surgery, and urology. With us, you will find meaningful work in a family environment where people are at the center.

Your main tasks

• Together with the two other team leaders, jointly responsible for the operational management of the operation technology team of around 30 employees
• Organization and ensuring an efficient and smooth operational process for 9 operating rooms
• Active contribution to the continuous improvement of work processes
• Ensuring a high-quality treatment of our patients.
• Monitoring and control of implants/sterile goods and instruments
• Active support of the team in daily operations, both in instrument handling and assisting

Your profile

• Training as a certified nurse in the operating area or as a certified specialist in operation technology HF with several years of professional experience, ideally in orthopedics
• Leadership experience and/or willingness to develop it
• Willingness to participate in internal clinical projects
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Good organizational skills, flexibility, and resilience
• High social competence and very good communication skills
• Ability to think networked and act solution-oriented and innovatively
