Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this high-impact executive role is preferably based in Basel, Switzerland, and offers the opportunity to shape the global identity of a leading diagnostics brand. - Develop and lead the global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market roadmap
- Drive a customer-centric marketing vision across all regions, aligned with company goals
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities
- Oversee global brand management, digital presence, public relations, and corporate communications
- Lead integrated demand generation campaigns (digital, events, field marketing, partner marketing)
- Ensure consistent brand messaging while adapting to local market needs
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Regional Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing, diverse global marketing team
- Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and external agency relationships for efficiency and effectiveness
- 15+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in a global executive leadership role
- Proven success in developing and executing global marketing strategies (B2B, B2C, or
