The Hospital Network Appenzell Ausserrhoden with the acute hospital Herisau and the Psychiatric Center AR in Herisau ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care in the canton and beyond.
We are looking for
The Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy AR in Herisau holds a significant position in the medical care of the region as a training clinic with full authorization for further training in categories A inpatient and A outpatient.
As a complement to our specialist therapeutic team (art, movement, occupational, activation, and music therapy), we are looking for an activation therapist with a workload of 60% starting February 2026 or by arrangement.
