To strengthen our university administration in the admissions department, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Administrative activities in the admission process of the pedagogical-therapeutic professions area
- Processing of Sur-dossier procedures
- Support with enrollment, study progression, and deregistration processes
- Maintenance and updating of data in the university management system
- Preparation of decisions, BFS statistics, and evaluations
- Checking ECTS credits as well as cleaning and reviewing graduation documents
- Advising students, lecturers, and external contacts in the admissions area
- Participation in the further development of administrative processes and the digitization of workflows
- Taking on general administrative and organizational tasks in the department
Your profile
- Completed basic training as a commercial clerk EFZ or an equivalent qualification
- Ideally professional experience in the university or scientific sector
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office; experience with university administration software is an advantage
- Confident handling of legal regulations (e.g., admissions, enrollment, or university law) or willingness to learn
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Structured, independent, and careful working style
- Strong service orientation and high social competence
- Open to new things and interested in professional and personal development
- Reliable, team-oriented personality with quick comprehension and confident orientation in new areas of responsibility
