Main tasks
- Legal clarifications and advice for all questions relating to law and legal risks in the field of banking supervision
- Legal support for the supervision team in the context of early intervention
- Assessment of issues related to authorization and regulation in the banking sector
- Close collaboration with the cross-functional legal functions of FINMA
- Legal evaluation and approval of the capital instruments taken into account
Required profile
- Law degree; additional training is an asset (bar exam, doctorate, LL.M. or similar)
- Several years of experience in the financial sector
- Professional attitude as well as very independent and structured working method
- Ease in oral and written communication with the authorized parties
- Flawless German or French (C2) as well as good knowledge of the other language and English (B2)
