General information
For our beautiful Dental clinic located in the center of Lausanne at St-François, we are looking for an immediate start or to be agreed upon for a
Dental Assistant in Orthodontics 40% M/F
Lausanne Permanent contract
TASKS
- Welcoming and seating patients (children, adolescents, adults)
- Assisting the orthodontist at the chair
- Preparing materials and technical trays
- Helping with the placement, activation, and removal of orthodontic appliances (brackets, wires, elastics, aligners…)
- Suction, drying, bonding/debonding of attachments
- Taking intraoral and extraoral photos
- Taking impressions (classic or digital depending on equipment)
- Managing sterilization and asepsis of materials
- Strict adherence to hygiene and traceability protocols
Travel between the Epalinges and St-François Dental Clinic sites
Epalinges: Wednesday 7am - 5pm
St-François Center: 10am - 6pm
PROFILE
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as Dental Assistant
- Several years of professional experience as a Dental Assistant
- Meticulous, you have a very good ability to organize and plan your work according to priorities and constraints
- Team spirit, you demonstrate flexibility to best serve patients
- Experience required in orthodontics
