About the job
You enjoy working in direct customer contact, think solution-oriented, and have experience in the field of electrical household appliances (large appliances)? Then take on a central role in our internal sales and actively shape the entire customer process.
Your tasks
- You advise and support our customers comprehensively on services and new devices – by phone or email
- You recognize needs and find suitable, individual solutions
- You actively use telephone contact for consulting and sales
- You create precise offers and accompany customers through the decision-making process
- You record and process orders efficiently and reliably
- You coordinate order processing and ensure smooth workflows with internal teams
- You can find the right device for our customers based on measurements and plans
