About the job
For our new Beck & Kafi branch, we are looking for a humorous and motivated personality starting April 1, 2026.
For our sales branch, we are looking for a host or hostess who enjoys working with people and offers customers an experience. As branch manager, you take responsibility for your team and the economic management of one of our 8 branches. With your positive charisma, you represent our foundation at the forefront. You passionately sell our baked goods and confectionery specialties, achieve exemplary customer loyalty, and perform all related tasks in the branch. You support, accompany, and promote our employees in a protected environment. Our branch is open from Monday to Sunday.
What you bring:
- Completed training in retail or gastronomy at EFZ level or equivalent experience in the food industry
- Several years of leadership experience or long-standing professional experience in the industry
- Initial experience in the field of work pedagogy is an advantage
- Economic thinking and acting in the interest of the foundation
- High social competence, empathy, and professional ability to set boundaries
- You identify with the values of the St. Jakob Foundation and live them daily
- Flawless German skills in spoken and written form
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance with sales and organizational talent
- Convincing and committed personality
- A passionate team spirit, customer orientation, and resilience
- Willingness to work flexibly, partly also on weekends
- Impeccable reputation
