What you will achieve with us

• Numbers in view, quality in focus: You analyze food and beverage costs, are responsible for pricing strategies, calculate margins, and always keep the budget under control.
• Operational strength meets strategic foresight: From menu planning to inventories to implementing operational standards (e.g., ISO) – you think entrepreneurially and act proactively.
• Communication expert & bridge builder: You act as a central interface between internal departments, suppliers, and event partners – always on equal footing and with diplomatic skill.
• Designing events & experiences: You plan banquets, coordinate catering, and accompany exclusive events with attention to detail and professional composure.
• Digital & efficient: You manage the cash register system, optimize processes, and implement new tools to continuously improve our service quality.

Who you are

• Completed training in the hotel or gastronomy sector – ideally supplemented by further education in management.
• Several years of leadership experience in the F&B area of a luxury hotel.
• Excellent language skills in German and English; Italian is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, affinity for numbers, and a high awareness of quality.
• Hands-on mentality, diplomatic skill, and a confident demeanor in every situation.
